The WOW Moment today is realizing that God’s voice usually sounds like Peace.

If a thought brings panic, pressure, or condemnation, it’s rarely the Shepherd. His voice "restores the soul." He speaks in nudges, in the sudden memory of a scripture, or in a quiet sense of "this is the way, walk in it." Today, the miracle in the ordinary is the fact that the Creator of the Universe wants to whisper a secret to you. You don't need a megaphone to hear Him; you just need a quiet heart.

Today, practice The Listening Walk.

• Action: Spend 10 minutes walking (even just around your office or home). Don't listen to music or a podcast. Ask one question: "Lord, what do You want to say to me right now?" Then, pay attention to the first peaceful thought that comes to mind.
  

• Shift: Notice how much "noise" you have to peel back before you can hear the frequency of the Spirit.

• Prayer: "Lord, thank You that You speak to me. Open the ears of my heart. Help me to distinguish Your voice from the noise of the world. I am listening. Amen."
