The Devotion: The Night of the Will
Tonight we find ourselves in Gethsemane—the "Oil Press." Here, Jesus submitted to the Father’s shears. This is where Empathy is born. He knows the "sweat of blood" that comes when we have to let go of what we want.
The WOW Moment today is realizing that "Submission" is the Seed of Resurrection. Without Gethsemane, there is no Easter. Every time you pray "Thy will be done," you are planting a seed of life that cannot be destroyed.
Wonder Prompt (Actionable Reflection)
Today, practice The Garden Kneel.
- Action: Spend 5 minutes tonight identifying an area where you are resisting God. Open your palms and whisper: "Not my will, but Yours."
- Prayer: "Jesus, thank You for kneeling for me. Today, I kneel with You. Amen."
